Problem closes to all users the SimRacingTools error #CT1

We have a problem with the program, always at the same time it throws the error # CT1 and it stops working. What is the solution.

Hi Villaroelcity:
We have the same problem the last month, reinstall everything and we were not lucky, the SRT stops working in all users, at different times and in all our mods with rfactor.

Can someone help us?
