Technical support / Re: Constant #S1 Timeout Errors
« on: March 22, 2019, 09:26:44 am »
Unfortunately it doesn't work again. #S1 timeout again. Could you perhaps check may account what's going on?

I have analyzed your logs and everything seems to show that you have an antivirus / firewall that slows down client operations. If the scan operation of your system takes a lot of time it is because every single operation that is performed must be validated by the antivirus but this causes a timeout of the entire process. Also probably always the same antivirus / firewall slows down the data traffic to the server because I see many timeouts on the socket. Check if you have recently installed a firewall or an antivirus and make sure that the client is included among the exceptions.

Yesterday I had the same problem. Constant #S1 errors. No antivirs or firewalls.

Besides many users in our league couldn't have game (rFactor 2) detected. Is your tool still supported?
of course, rf2 is still supported. I've refreshd some process of servers so retry

I have the same problem!

i've seen your logs.
the problem is that your computer can not reach the two simracingtools servers. Based on past experiences I can tell you to check antivirus or any software that manages internet connections because the traffic to these two servers is blocked.

it's like windows is unable to resolve www.simracingtools.com, it could be a DNS issue.

Hey Guys.

I'm trying to buy the FULL 200 slot but I can't get to the payment page.

Can you help?

Regards
first you have to choose the license using the "anticheat licenses" menu (key icon) and then complete the purchase through "basket" menu

Thanks for your answer. We have register our Assetto Corsa Server twice (one for x64 and one for x86 .exe) and the clients that have this problem, are using the x64 bits according to the report.Maybe this is the problem? We should register the server only once and not twice? The users are registered at our league as drivers.

it's very easy check if client is connected to game server or if on the client's inteface appear the nme of community so it is connected

Hello guys,
Some of our league members are complaining for stuttering when using the SimRacingTools with the Assetto Corsa Simulation and VR (Vive,Oculus etc.). Is it a common problem stuttering with VR (or general stuttering at Assetto Corsa) or not?
Thanks in advance
i never heard about similar issue but i suggest to use srt only when connected to registered game server 'cause only then the client reduce the cpu workload

i got it.
Lucas have an active  windows process called acs.exe, the same name of Assetto Corsa executable and this can be deceiving for the app. I have no quick solution for this issue so i have to work on it, meantime he can try to stop this process, if it's possible.

Hi Everybody! :D

I write here 'cause one of users in my league have problems with SimracingTools.

I will explain:
I have a user in the league I manage (ARC RFactor Chile) who has problems with Simracing Tools. He did everything that corresponded to the installation of the anticheat and linked to the league as it should, but the anticheat reads as if it had an installation of asset corsa that it does not really have and that of Rfactor 1 in which the plugins are installed, he has never bought assetto corsa and only has other games installed (different to that) in steam, and through teamviewer I got into his computer and reinstalled everything, up to rfactor but still having the same problem. Read only a assetto corsa game and when I get into the rfactor server it does not recognize the game nor does it recognize the entry to the server.

What solution can I give to the problem that he has?

I already tried:
-Uninstall and reinstall simracingtools
-Uninstall plugins
- Uninstall and Reinstall Rfactor 1

and it has no solution,

I would be grateful if you could give me a hand with this.
sorry for delay, who is your user?
