anche a me dá spesso errore sul modulo SRT_adapter, ultima volta proprio stasera in gara su gtitalia...

Salve, un mio pilota all'avvio del SRT rileva l'errore che vedete in foto allegata, quando chiude la finestra si apre gestione risorse. Questo accade ciclicamente, in continuo. Abbiamo provado a disinstallare più volte l'applicazione ma il problema non si risolve, cosa possiamo fare per sistemare la cosa?

non so se parliamo della stessa persona ma proprio ieri ho condotto l'analisi per l'identico problema sul pc dell'utente dove è emerso un problema non al tool ma sulla shell di windows.
Se provi ad aprire una shell (lancia il cmd) vedrai esattamente quest'errore. Il fatto che si verifica con SRT è perchè per una funzionalità SRT avvia un batch usando il cmd.
Ho provato a cercare una soluzione ma senza successo quindi ritengo che il miglior modo di procedere sia quello di un ripristino del SO nella speranza che tutto nasca da qualche file corrotto che così verrebbe ripristinato.

I need to know what you mean when you say that SRT doesn't work. What exactly happen? It doesn't start and crash? Or it doesn't automacally log? Or what?
I have checked for your logs but i haven't none since june 6. I have actived your local logs. They stored into "C:\Users\_YOURWINDWSUSER_\AppData\Local\SimRacingTools\{00283EAE-7950-4B0F-9D31-64A5938D2B07}" where _YOURWINDWSUSER_ is the window's user you using. Into this path you can find many files but what i need is what start is called log_*.log where * is the date in format YYYYMMDD
If you have a net problem, the local log can help me to catch it or each other issue.

So what you have to do? Just start the client and leave active until the problem appear then check for the log and send it to me.

Ciao, chiedo aiuto perchè mi sono registrato ex novo, quando entro nell'utility mi dà errore password, anche se utilizzo la stessa in fase di registrazione.

per essere certo di ricordare la pwd fai il logout dal forum e poi riloggati. Sono abbastanza certo che fai un errore durante la digitazione della pwd

we had a wave of complaints last year in Formula SimRacing reporting the same issue. Another incident happened today in FSR which didn't involve me but was near enough the same thing. I will get him to post on here.

This was happening a few weeks ago and was fixed by doing complete internet reset. Now with new version 4.05 and everything deleted and reinstalled (app and plug ins) the client will always timeout after roughly 90 seconds. Very frustrating to have this issue all the time. Also all SRT apps moved to exceptions/trusted programs on my antivirus so I don't think that's the problem.

Buonasera, vorrei sapere come cambiare account dopo aver fatto il primo accesso con un altro account.
Nel senso, dopo aver effettuato il primo login, come faccio a cambiare account visto che mi fa il login automatico?

il login è automatico e fuori dal controllo dell'utente perchè è necessario che nessun utente usi diversi account. La particolarità assolve una parte importante dell'efficacia dell'anticheat. Io posso resettare l'associazione di un account da un hardware ma devo sapere perchè hai necessità di cambiarlo

I updated to 4.05 then wanted to download rf2 plugins files. Each time I do it, after having opened the explorer on the bin64/plugins directory, the app is freezing after sth like a couple of seconds. With enough attempts, I finally succeeded clicking on Save quick enough to pass the operation well. But I wanted to inform you about it.
tnx a lot, this is a know issue but i think cannot solve it 'cause srt use a windows api to install file. The freeze may will be caused by antivirus checking

Looking at SRT's help, I can not find information about telemetry.
If I suspect that one of the pilots cheats, how can I get the values of his telemetry? Data such as weight, tire temperature, etc.

SRT client read the telemetry channel to detect if some of this value remain unchanged for a certain time. If this happen will be produced an anomaly that you can read into daily report produced by srt web application.
Eg, if a driver use a particular cheat that fix the tyre temperature to a certain value (eg 80 ?) elapsed tot seconds the anomaly it's produced and you can read date interval, the value and which telemetry channel is affected.
SRT can control
tyre temp, pressure
brake temp
water and oil temp
fuel level

I updated my client today.
When I started both games (Automobilista and rF2), the warning of plugins outdates came up.

I updated all plugins as instructions, but when I start both games still saying plugins outdated.
I checked all plugins on their folders, and they are there, with today´s date.
Did the process again, the whole configuration of the plugins, but no success, still says plugins outdated, with red icons for anticheater and status, as soon both games starts.

I have no idea what´s going on.
in few hours i have released 4.04 and then 4.05. Only the 4.04 have new plugins so if you have updated directly to 4.05 you missed new plugins. The solution is to make a new full installation overwriting  all files and then reinstalling the plugin.
